Corinth where they have come due
to
the edict for all Jews to leave
Rome.

Jews
2) Did not let a change in
circumstance to necessitate
a change in
marriage-

>Marr. is a plus in most
difficulties
II.
They mutually labored successfully 18:3
Tentmakers using goat hair from
Cilicia-
1) Always right for man/woman to
work at an honest
living to provide for the family- I
Tim.5:8
THERE IS DIGNITY IN
LABOR.
2) A spouse should respect &
commend the working
partner-
III.
They mutually shared values- Mt.6:21
1) Valued scripture- Acts
18:24-26- they believed
and
practiced the
truth
2) High regard for local church- I
Cor.16:19
IV.
They mutually served sacrificially- Rom.16:3-4
“risked
their own necks for my life..”
1) Paid cost of discipleship
jointly—most unusual!
2) Can we as Jesus’ servants live
without sacrifice?
