Maranatha
Bible Church is focused on introducing men, women and children to
the Lord Jesus Christ and on assisting them in growing in grace.
- Worship-
services are held at 10 a.m. each Sunday morning with both praise
songs and traditional hymns. A time of sharing praise and prayer
items is included.

The teaching of Gods word (usually verse by verse) is of
paramount importance in the development of ones spiritual
life and is presented by Pastor McPherson.
- Bible
study- a class is held at 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings, usually taught
by Pastor McPherson. This is a detailed examination of each verse
of a given book of the Bible.
- Mid-week
prayer and study- held on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
- Distribution
of Bread and Wine and the presentation of the Lords Supper
is held approximately 4 times a year, usually on Sunday morning.
A special Candle Light Communion is held in December.
- Mens
and Ladies Bible study- periodic gathering of groups on weekday
evenings to study Gods word in a small group context.
- Classes
for children are held on each Sunday at 9 a.m. and during the
10 a.m.

Worship service. Ministries for high school and college groups
are held during weekday evenings as well. Each summer the high
school group take a ministry trip.
- An
annual Bible Conference is held either in fall or spring with
a gifted speaker that challenges us to honor of Gods word
by obedience.
- Individual
ministries- several adults conduct Bible study and outreach efforts
as part of their personal initiative to fulfill the Great Commission.
This includes ministries to retirement homes in order to share
Gods word with the aged.
- The
Evangelical Christian Almanac is presented weekdays over WSH0
800 AM at 10 a.m. and 2:55 p.m. It presents truth of Church history
that occurred on that day involving people and event
